• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient‑centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long‑term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands‑on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams
  , caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  , monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
