We’re looking for a detail‑driven Billing Operations Specialist to protect revenue, manage payment risks, and ensure smooth billing operations.
Remote, full‑time, Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Processing fraud alerts from payment providers.
- Managing new chargebacks in payment systems and creating tasks in the CRM.
- Addressing Solidgate prevention alerts and RDR chargebacks.
- Issuing refunds.
- Reviewing and handling potential chargebacks.
- Handling billing tasks in CRM.
- Analyzing operational efficiency and KPIs adherence.
- Updating relevant articles and guides in the knowledge base.
- 28 business days of paid off.
