We are seeking a Referral Partner for a contract-based, remote role. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting referral program operations. The Referral Partner will identify potential leads, communicate opportunities effectively, and ensure client satisfaction in alignment with Recruitefy’s standards. Additional duties may include navigating insurance-related discussions and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Prior Authorization and Insurance processes
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology
- Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Background in healthcare, recruitment, or a related field is a plus
