We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday and one late night (flexibility needed)

Location:

Secaucus and Paterson, New Jersey

Regular Salary: $29.00‑$32.00 Hr

Sign on bonus of $5,000 (Full Time Only, New Employees Only)

A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to them and ensuring that the clients on their supervises’ caseloads receive high‑quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervises meet all of Straight & Narrow’s personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.

• Master’s degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) or LPC/LCSW and the Clinical Supervisor Certification respectively.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the field of addictions treatment is required.
