Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence. Tasks include: setting up equipment, guiding exercises, monitoring progress, documenting sessions, educating patients and caregivers, ensuring safety, collaborating with the healthcare team, and participating in discharge planning. Maintain a safe, compliant environment and engage in professional development.

Valid PTA license, current BLS certification, excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and motor skills. Ability to handle physical tasks, work effectively under supervision, and maintain professionalism with diverse personnel and patients.

Support patient recovery through hands‑on therapy, record progress accurately, instruct on home exercises, and collaborate with team members to optimize care. Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
