• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapist assistant program
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association

• Base Pay: $24-30+/Hour (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds (in Outpatient)
