$1749 - $3054/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Quick Facts

• Monday – Friday, day shift, 8hr shifts — potentially 35 hours weekly
• Flexible start time — no earlier than 6 am, no later than 10 am
• No weekend requirements
• Long term care and rehab setting
• Patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, modalities, assistive devices
• 1+ years of OT experience required — LTC or rehab experience required
• New grads considered with Level II fieldwork experience
