Location: Capron
Matrix Medical Network seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home Comprehensive Health Assessments. You will review medical history, medications, social factors, and risks during visits that may last up to one hour, traveling to member residences as needed.
Full-time positions offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team. NP board certification and 1 year of experience are preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.
