Mercy - - Responsibilities:
Assist in individualized patient care under the direction of the RN or LPN;
Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks;
Work cooperatively as part of a team to meet patient care goals;
Complete 175-hour training program during new hire orientation to meet state requirements;
Maintain required certifications (BLS within one month) and PCA competencies within three months
