Position: HPG Catoosa Primary Care - Front Office Supervisor - FT - Days
Location: Catoosa

Job Summary

The Front Office Supervisor is a multi‑tasking position that manages all front‑end functions including customer service, telephone management, scheduling, registration, co‑pay collections, time‑of‑service account management, coding review, charge entry, appropriate cash and end‑of‑day closure procedures, and supervision of associates performing these tasks. The role uses multiple programs for filing and EMR chart maintenance, ensuring provider schedules are populated, telephone protocols are followed, and full registration information is captured.

The Supervisor oversees timely charge entry, cash drawer protocols, patient account balances, claim edits, and collaborates with patients, physicians, staff, and management to maintain respectful patient care and accurate processing.

Job Requirements
  • Education:

    High school diploma required; college‑level coursework or degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience:

    5 years in relevant area or equivalent education/experience. Supervisory experience and/or physician practice experience preferred.
  • Skills:

    Excellent customer service, teamwork, medical procedural coding (CPT/ICD‑9), medical software & PC proficiency, 40

    WPM typing, oral & written communication, ability to interpret policies, prioritize, use judgment, strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal relationships.
