Patient Coordinator | H2 Health
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at H2 Health, located in Jenks, OK. H2 Health is a healthcare organization providing comprehensive rehabilitation services, including physical therapy for various conditions, in an outpatient clinic setting. As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, playing a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience. Your efforts will support clinicians and ensure the clinic operates efficiently, contributing directly to patient-centered care.

- Patient Engagement:
Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service. - Scheduling:
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient calendars. - Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. - Financial Coordination:
Verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, collect patient payments, and maintain accurate financial records. - Record Keeping:
Complete patient registration and maintain electronic medical records. - Operational Support:
Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
- Background:
Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Experience:
Previous customer service, medical office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply. - Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multitask in an outpatient healthcare setting, proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
