As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling and dietary recommendations to patients with various health conditions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field, along with relevant certifications and at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. Responsibilities- Conduct assessments of patients' dietary needs and develop customized meal plans
- Educate patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Maintain accurate records of patient consultations and progress
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Valid certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred
