Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer assessments, therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, and assistive device use
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatments, and document outcomes
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate regularly with the healthcare team regarding patient status
• Support and supervise occupational therapist assistants and rehab aides
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
• NBCOT certification
• At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care settings
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior supervisory experience
• Bilingual abilities considered a plus
