- Hourly Rate: $56.95/hour

What You'll Do
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
- Administer assessments, therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, and assistive device use
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatments, and document outcomes
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
- Communicate regularly with the healthcare team regarding patient status
- Support and supervise occupational therapist assistants and rehab aides
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory requirements
What You Need
- Valid Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification
- At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Care settings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior supervisory experience
- Bilingual abilities considered a plus
