Job Summary
A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to himher and ensuring that the clients on their supervises caseloads receive high quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervises meet all of Straight & Narrows personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.
Qualifications- 1 Masters degree in social work Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and a Certified Clinical Supervisor CCS OR LPCLCSW and the Clinical Supervisor Certification respectively
- 2 A minimum of two years experience in the field of addictions treatment is required
