About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team in Noble, OK, USA. As a Compassionate Caregiver with Dementia Experience, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other age-related conditions. Your expertise and empathy will enable our clients to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other age-related conditions, including assistance with daily living activities, memory care, and behavioral support
- Develop and implement customized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills in dementia care and caregiving
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Previous experience in dementia care or a related field
- Strong understanding of dementia care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
