Assist with planning and implementation of resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordination with outside organizations;
Set up and clean up activities and ensure they meet residents' needs and preferences;
Provide oversight of specific life enrichment components as assigned (e.g., Memory Care);
Coordinate transportation of residents to and from events, including driving company vehicle when needed;
Communicate effectively with residents and staff and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
