We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CMA to join our team at Hearts worth Center Nursing in Vinita, Oklahoma. As a CMA, you will be responsible for assisting our residents with their daily medication needs, providing personal care services, and promoting autonomy and independence in our assisted living community. Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CMA to join our team at Hearts worth Center Nursing in Vinita, Oklahoma. As a CMA, you will be responsible for assisting our residents with their daily medication needs, providing personal care services, and promoting autonomy and independence in our assisted living community. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with medication administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our facility's policies and procedures
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
  • Participate in resident care planning and develop personal care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Promote a positive and respectful environment for our residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
  • Currently certified as a Medication Aide in the state of Oklahoma
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
