Location: Hugo
A Path of Care Hospice in Hugo, OK is seeking a PRN Hospice Home Health Aide to support patients with compassionate, hands-on care. This role offers flexible hours, meaningful work, and growth within the healthcare field while making a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.
As a Hospice Aide you will deliver direct patient care per each patient's plan, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and comfort measures, while following infection control and policy.
