Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team, focusing primarily on inpatient and outpatient care, with the flexibility to assist in other areas as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably within a hospital swing bed program.
• Proficient in the use of EMR software, specifically Web PT and Tru Bridge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a typical staffing ratio of 1-2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Work Schedule

This position requires the ability to work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with the expectation of flexibility to meet patient needs.
