Schedule
8-hour days.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum experience:
2-3 years. - Experience with hospital swing bed program.
- Familiarity with EMR systems:
Web PT and Tru Bridge. - Staffing ratio: 1-2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
