Hamilton Health Box (HHB) seeks an On-Site Clinician Assistant (OSC), an LPN/LVN, to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at our on-site clinics. You will engage with employees and coordinate care per provider orders, support health education, and help with screenings.
Responsibilities include collaborative care with other departments, scheduling follow-ups, coordinating referrals, and documenting progress in EMRs. Some travel between HHB locations may be required.
