Location: Rosedale
Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Community Health Worker for Baltimore County to reengage clients and facilitate access to services across health, housing, and social supports. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, conducting health education and risk reduction interventions.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain Maryland CHW certification within six months.
