We're seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team in a full-time, regular position

As a Medical Technologist or Lab Tech, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care through accurate laboratory testing and analysis. You'll work with advanced laboratory equipment, collaborate with healthcare providers, and contribute to quality outcomes that directly impact diagnosis and treatment decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing on patient specimens
  • Validate and report test results to providers and laboratory leadership
  • Operate, troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Collect specimens through venipuncture and skin puncture procedures
  • Ensure proper patient identification, specimen handling, and collection practices
  • Prepare and maintain culture media, reagents, stains, and laboratory solutions
  • Monitor and support Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Infection Control initiatives
  • Assist with implementation of new laboratory procedures and technologies

    Provide guidance and training to students, interns, and team members
  • Analyze laboratory data, identify trends, and contribute recommendations for improvement
Qualifications

Required:

  • Certification in Medical Technology through one of the following:
  • MT (ASCP)
  • ASCP Categorical or Specialist Certification
  • AMT Certification
  • Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and testing equipment
