Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Rehab

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant with experience in outpatient rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have competency in working with orthopedic populations, young athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals facing debility, falls, and balance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care with a focus on rehabilitation for orthopedic and surgical patients.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role; 2 years preferred.
• Experience with Meditech charting system is preferred.
• No specialized certifications required.
