Location: Frederick
Elara Caring is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home health team serving patients in Oklahoma. You will evaluate patients, develop and execute a Plan of Care, and coordinate with physicians and caregivers to ensure quality, safe, and effective therapy in the patient’s home.
Eligible candidates will have an accredited OT degree, current state license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Travel up to 50% and a dependable vehicle are required.
