Avem Health Partners is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to work at Fairfax Hospital in Fairfax, OK. Under supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will administer physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and recovery, and help implement care plans.
Requirements include an associate degree or higher in therapy, current Oklahoma PTA license, BLS certification, and about two years’ experience preferred. The role is PRN, day shift, with occasional travel.
