Speech Language Pathologist

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time | Early Intervention

We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in a full-time, onsite role serving young learners. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact during the critical early years of communication development.

• Schedule: Full-time
• Setting: School-based
• Student Population: Early Intervention through 1st Grade (ages 3-1st grade)

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience completing IEPs and comprehensive assessments is requiredl>
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• SLPAs will not be considered for this position
