Front Desk – Friday & Saturday 11:00 pm – 7:00 am Coverage
Wage: 16.50 $/hour
Gain valuable hospitality experience right here in East Lansing by joining our exceptional Front Office Team. In this overnight shift you will check guests in and out, provide great customer service, and ensure the day’s audit is completed.
Responsibilities- Check guests in and out, providing friendly and professional service to all hotel guests.
- Complete the daily audit and overnight audit.
- Maintain security during the overnight shift.
- Must be able to work 15‑19 hours per week, including weekends, MSU semester breaks, and holidays.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding guest service.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working in a hotel or resort.

Physical DemandsFrequent lifting of 20 lbs or more and ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
