Players Services Associate

Be the friendly face of our course! Cherokee Hills at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring a part-time Players Services Associate to greet guests with professionalism and warmth, answer questions, provide directions, and ensure smooth daily operations outside the Pro Shop—all while creating a welcoming, top-tier experience for every visitor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in golf operations is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Advanced knowledge of the sport of golf.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to maintain a professional status with guests and vendors.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain a close working relationship with management and co-workers.

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Picks up and drops off golf course guest in the parking lot.

• Meets and greets guests with a smile, giving proper directions and information to the guests.

• Keeps area free of trash and debris.

• Picks up range baskets and balls.

• Keeps cart fleet clean and in good repair.

• No supervisory or management authority.

• This position requires frequent standing and walking.

• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.

• Work is performed in an environment with moderate exposure to extreme temperatures, dirt, chemicals, and dust.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
