SUMMARY:

To provide support at events (indoors or outdoors).

• Number seats and tear down after shows including stacking chairs; picking up trash, etc.
• Greet, guide and seat guests.
• Take tickets and interact with guests entering and exiting shows.
• Answer guests’ questions related to the event, the property and/or its amenities.
• Monitor guests to ensure event rules/regulations are followed; notify guests of policies; and alert security as needed.

• One (1) year hospitality or guest service experience required.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work fast and efficiently.
• Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene.
• Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to serve both internal and external customers.
• Ability to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice.
• Ability to enthusiastically and professionally up-sell property amenities.
