Housekeeper, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Summary

Responsible for fully cleaning guest rooms and organizing and stocking housekeeping carts. Additional responsibilities may be required.

• Stocking supplies in housekeeping cart to prepare for the day
• Checking at the start of the workday in with our tracking platform-Quore
• Completing IHG’s Way of Clean training
• Cleaning all areas of the room in the manner taught in training
• Reporting to Executive housekeeper upon completion of work or as needed
• Extra cleaning may be required on various days
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs
• Communicate with front desk regarding special guest needs, etc.
• Organization and care of cartroom/supply areas

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Applicants should be self‑motivated and willing to do a variety of cleaning‑related tasks, which may change based on needs and requirements.

Prior experience is a plus, but we will offer training.

Light to moderate lifting may be required, and flexibility to bend and make beds, and other routine cleaning activities.
