Night Auditor Manager on Duty!

$20 to $22 per hour DOE

• Master the Night
  :
  Post and balance room, restaurant, and bar charges, prepare daily revenue reports, ensure flawless financial operations.
• Be the Go-To Expert
  :
  Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a welcoming smile, making every interaction memorable.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly
  :
  Audit front office systems, address discrepancies, reset for the next day to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving Pro
  :
  Resolve computer issues and make adjustments to maintain financial accuracy.
• Champion Guest Happiness
  :
  Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Be the Overnight Hero
  :
  Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Drive Excellence
  :
  Train new Night Audit staff and maintain exceptional standards for our team and property.

• Preparing daily financial reports with precision.
• Balancing accounts and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
• Engaging with guests to provide local recommendations and handle inquiries.
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby.
• Participating in safety committees and upholding security standards.

• Exceptional knowledge of accounting operations and financial systems.
• Quick with numbers and experienced with 10-key calculators.
• Strong computer skills and a knack for solving technical issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, adapt to physically demanding situations, and remain focused in high-pressure environments.
• Enthusiasm for working overnight shifts and thriving in a team-oriented atmosphere.
