As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, while leading our talented front desk team to success. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Front Office Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, maximize revenue, and foster a culture of excellence.

• Deliver 5‑star customer service, ensuring each guest leaves with a smile from check‑ins to check‑outs.
• Take ownership of front desk operations, motivate the team, and guarantee every staff member is in the right place at the right time.
• Monitor room reservations and departmental budgets to meet revenue goals; assist in preparing financial reports.
• Provide continuous training, coaching, and feedback to the front desk team to help them grow and excel.
• Manage staffing adjustments, support sales calls, implement corporate marketing initiatives, investigate guest complaints, and ensure safety standards are always met.
• Practice Win Star’s values, uphold high standards, and have a positive impact on the team and guests.

• Previous hospitality experience with a strong understanding of front office operations, customer service, and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear direction and exceptional service.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Solid understanding of hotel systems and financial management to thrive in this role.

• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
