Third (Night) Shift – Full Time

• Post and balance room, restaurant, and bar charges while preparing daily revenue reports and ensuring accurate financial operations.
• Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations with a welcoming smile, making every interaction memorable.
• Audit front office systems, address discrepancies, and reset for the next day to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve computer issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain financial accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Train new Night Audit staff and maintain exceptional standards for the team and property.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby.
• Participate in safety committees and uphold security standards.
• Engage guests with local recommendations and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.

• Exceptional knowledge of accounting operations and financial systems.
• Quick with numbers and experienced with 10‑key calculators.
• Strong computer skills and a knack for solving technical issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, adapt to physically demanding situations, and remain focused in high‑pressure environments.
• Enthusiasm for working overnight shifts and thriving in a team‑oriented atmosphere.

Hourly rate of $19–$21 DOE. Full‑time night shift with opportunities for growth and professional development in a supportive environment.
