Location: West Siloam Springs
Cherokee Nation Entertainment's resort seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle reservations, and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and clear communication.
You will quote rates, answer inquiries, coordinate with Housekeeping and VIP Services, process cash and card transactions, and promote hotel amenities. A High School diploma and strong computer skills are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts.
