Win Star World Hotel in Thackerville, Oklahoma is seeking a friendly PBX Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team. You will handle incoming calls, book and modify reservations, and ensure every guest need is met with a smile.
You’ll use our Reservation Management System (LMS) to manage bookings, upsell rooms and packages, and coordinate with Front Desk, Sales, and Food & Beverage to deliver seamless guest experiences from first contact to check-out.
