The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to guests at Win Star World Casino & Resort, parking and retrieving vehicles, and aiding guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
Roles include handling directions and information about the facility, and assisting with bell services as needed. Shifts run 7:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm, with potential mid-shifts; both full-time and part-time opportunities exist.
