Bay Host; Server

At Suite Shots Jenks, we call our servers Bay Hosts because they do more than serve food and drinks — they host our Guests in the hitting bays and help create memorable experiences from start to finish. Bay Hosts are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality while guiding Guests through our golf entertainment, food, and beverage experience. Our Bay Hosts combine strong service skills with energy, personality, and attention to detail.

They create a welcoming environment, engage with Guests throughout their visit, and help make every experience at Suite Shots fun, memorable, and enjoyable.

• Greet every Guest promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Guide Guests through gameplay, bay technology, and safety procedures
• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service with attention to detail
• Recommend menu items, beverages, promotions, and upgrades to enhance the Guest experience
• Ensure responsible alcohol service standards are followed at all times
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready bays and service areas
• Engage with Guests throughout their visit to ensure they feel welcomed and cared for
• Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintain positive body language, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
• Work collaboratively with all departments to create a smooth and enjoyable Guest experience

• 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and Guest service
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the venue for extended periods, including stairs
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to obtain all required certifications and licenses for the position
