Location: Catoosa
The On-Call Banquet Server is responsible for providing professional food and beverage service during banquets, meetings, and special events while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is on-call only, with schedules determined by business demands. Employees are required to maintain at least one (1) eight-hour period of availability each week for potential on-call assignments, though no weekly hours are guaranteed.
* Provide professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to banquet guests.
* Set up, serve, and clear banquet tables throughout events.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification.
* Perform pre-bussing and maintain clean dining and service areas.
* Process guest payments when applicable.
* Assist with banquet setup, breakdown, and other event-related duties as assigned.
* Deliver outstanding customer service while working as part of a team.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Minimum of three (3) years of banquet serving experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Card.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcohol beverage license, if required.
* Ability to complete required alcohol awareness training.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed and maintain at least one (1) eight-hour period of weekly availability for on-call assignments.
