Concierge Assistant - Contract Position in the US

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in the US. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month

• Greet guests and residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and activities
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and common areas
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and activities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

This position is suitable for both men and women. Accommodation will not be provided. Prior experience as a concierge is not required however candidates with hospitality or customer service experience will be given preference.
