Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The North American Headquarters for Sofidel America is in Horsham, Pennsylvania withadditionalplantsoperatingin six states (Florida, Wisconsin, Nevada, Oklahoma, Ohio, and Mississippi) as a tissue paper manufacturer for Consumer and Away-from-Home products.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist for our Inola, Ok. office.
As the Human Resources Generalist,you willbe responsible for implementing programs by providing HR services, including recruitment, onboarding,training and development,records management, employee relations and retention,reporting and performance management.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Support Sofidel America ’s Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe,sanitary and hygienically sound workplace.
- Useestablishedsocial media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source, screen,interview,andhirequalified candidates for open positions.
- Participate in career / job fairs and recruitment events.
- Coordinate andparticipatein employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Collectdata and compilereports,monitors ofturnover, and exit interviewing.
- Maintainemployeepersonnel fordocuments, benefit records, andrequiredlegal documents.
- Processunemployment paperwork and communication per requirements,maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Coach and counsel management and employees in the interpretation and application of HR and organization policies and procedures assuring fairness and consistency.
- Assistin the implementation of training programs.
- Administer various HR plans and procedures for company personnel.

Bachelor's degree in business administration , Human Resourcesor relevant field and at least3 years of human resourceexperiencerequired; or equivalent work experience. Manufacturing experience and HR related professional certifications are highly preferred.

- Ability to travelfrequentlyincluding overnight trips toSofidel America
