Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead JD & Pipeline Management activities. This role requires strong domain understanding, analytical skills, and the ability to engage cross-functionally to ensure high-quality job descriptions and a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and management of Job Description (JD) requests based on specific role requirements.
  • Partner with hiring teams to evaluate roles deeply
    , ensuring alignment with domain and core requirements.
  • Drive outreach across internal and external sources (email campaigns, direct calling, talent pools, platforms) to scale and strengthen the pipeline.
  • Act as the key liaison with L2 team to align on role requirements, progress, and next steps.
  • Ensure pipeline quality and readiness by proactively identifying niche skill requirements and addressing gaps.
  • Build and maintain trackers and dashboards for visibility on JD pipeline health.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (where applicable).
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or workforce planning
    , with a focus on niche roles.
  • Strong understanding of job architecture, competency frameworks, and role evaluation
    .
  • Proven expertise in candidate sourcing, outreach strategies, and pipeline building
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse requirements, spot trends, and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
    .
Level Expectation (OP3)
  • Operates with independence and ownership.
  • Handles niche/complex hiring requirements.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and shape outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • JD Creation Turnaround Time – % of JDs delivered within agreed SLAs (e.g., 95% within 2 business days).
  • JD Quality Score – % of JDs approved by stakeholders without rework (target: >90%).
  • Pipeline Health Index – % of roles with at least 2–3 qualified candidates identified within agreed timelines.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction – feedback score from Kai Li Teng's L2 team and hiring managers (target: >4/5).
  • Proactive Role Insights – number of market insights or role benchmarks shared per quarter.
