• Source and screen candidates across multiple channels (Linked In, Indeed Smart Sourcing, job boards, any other relevant source).
• Build and optimize automated workflows using AI tools and APIs.
• Turn job descriptions into outreach campaigns and present verified, engaged candidates within 24–72 hours
  .
• Design and maintain data pipelines for candidate enrichment and scoring.
• Operate human-in-the-loop checks to ensure quality and compliance.

• Have experience in recruiting or automation-focused operations.
• Have experience with tools like Linked In Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, Apollo, Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Can rapidly build systems and workflows (scrapers, sequences, or automations) to handle high-volume candidate sourcing and outreach.
• Think in systems — you automate once and scale forever.
• Thrive in an outcome-driven environment where time-to-delivery is the core metric.
