The Role

We’re hiring a Recruiter to execute searches across our client base. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and leadership, helping drive sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate management — without needing to manage clients on day one.

As you develop mastery in search execution, you’ll have a clear path to take on more responsibility, including Account Management, client‑facing ownership, and Team Lead roles as we scale.

What You’ll Do

Search Execution

  • Source and screen candidates across acquisitions, development, asset management, finance, construction, and operations.
  • Build search strategies using mapping, Boolean strings, and competitor lists.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit.
  • Prepare polished write‑ups and submissions for clients.

Pipeline & Process Management

  • Drive momentum across multiple searches at once.
  • Manage scheduling, interview coordination, follow‑ups, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain organized notes and documentation within Bullpen systems.
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand role requirements and adjust strategy.
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline, activity, and candidate progress.
  • Contribute ideas to elevate sourcing, workflow, messaging, and overall execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–10+ years of experience in recruiting (agency, in‑house, or search).
  • Strong sourcing ability and comfort with Linked In Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially for candidate write‑ups.
  • Highly organized, fast‑moving, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Team‑first, collaborative, and excited to grow with a scaling company.
  • Interest in real estate or private equity recruiting is a plus.
