Your Role

As a student in our team, you support both strategic and operational initiatives and gain insights into global topics related to talent and performance. You will be involved in the following tasks:

• Support in the planning, organization, and follow-up of workshops and trainings
• Support our team in diverse, global projects
• Preparation of presentations, communication documents, videos, and other future-oriented formats for our different target groups
• Taking on exciting research work for concepts or new, innovative human resource development topics and direct support in design & rollout

• Education:
  
  You are pursuing a degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field
• Availability:
  Internship duration of at least 4 months (preferably 6 months) to provide you with a comprehensive insight into the field and ensure a high learning curve
• Know-how:
  First practical experiences in the HR or human resources field are desirable
• Motivation:
  You have an interest in the HR area with a focus on human resources development and have the courage to tackle new or unfamiliar topics independently
• Work style:
  Very good communication and organizational skills
• Languages:
  
  Secure German and English language skills for daily work
