Senior HR Representative
The Senior HR Representative helps coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human resources staff; assist and advise on HR issues and provides support on a range of HR projects, as requested, to contribute to the successful achievements of outcomes on these projects. You will report to the HR Supervisor.
Regular/Full Time, 100% onsite
Work schedule:
Monday-Friday, day shift
Primary Tasks:
- You will enforce company policies with regard to Human Resource administration related issues and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Prepare human resource documents, record statistics and handle confidential material in the human resources department.
- Create monthly reports and specially requested reports for several departments.
- Analyze a variety of data, reports, and statistical summaries.
- You will work with external entities in providing authorized employment information about such areas as employment verification, income verification, unemployment inquiries, and garnishment requests.
- Monitor, audit and report on important metrics on an ongoing basis by working within HR systems.
- Respond to employees with Choctaw Family Medical Leave Act approval notices.
- Help with administrative work concerning multiple human resource support operations.
- May handle logistics for training activities including scheduling venues, ensuring equipment availability and prepare the physical setup.
- Help prepare and facilitate different training programs.
- May perform portions of the work of higher classified positions occasionally, as assigned.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Required Education and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Create spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), charts, and word-processing.
- Able to keep the larger goals in context, take ownership for multiple assignments, prioritize work, deadlines, and delegate
- Able to handle delicate information and maintain complete confidentiality.
- Prior HR experience.
