Position: Praktikum Human Resources - Leadership Development (m/w/x)
Location: Burneyville

Your Role

With us, you have the opportunity to optimally combine study and practice and actively participate in exciting projects. This way, you gather valuable experiences, build your network, and develop yourself both professionally and personally. Among other things, you will:

  • Support the Leadership Development (L&D) colleagues in various administrative tasks within the participant management for trainings and further education

  • Process and create training materials, presentations, and Excel templates, including translations from German to English

  • Contribute theoretical knowledge from your studies to professional practice

  • Coordinate and take over the preparation and follow-up of appointments

  • Independently manage and implement (smaller) projects

  • Conduct research on relevant topics, models, and implementations in the area of Leadership Development, and prepare the corresponding materials

  • Provide organizational support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of trainings

  • Contribute to the implementation and further development of various L&D training concepts, taking into account AI topics and tools

  • Gain valuable insights into the versatility of leadership and personnel development

Your Profile
  • Education:

    successful studies in business psychology or business administration, ideally with a focus on human resources management/leadership development

  • Personality and working style: responsible, proactive, reliable team player with organizational skills and a high willingness to learn, who works independently and solution-oriented and is characterized by a quick ability to understand

  • Experience:

    first practical experience through work-study programs or internships in the human resources area is desirable

  • Skills:

    confident use of MS Office, AI is desirable

  • Enthusiasm: interest and passion for the area of human resources and the engagement with leadership development and HR-relevant topics

  • Languages:

    very good German and English skills in speech and writing
