Core Civic is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to lead HR operations in a secure, institutional setting. You will cover employee relations, benefits, safety, wage and salary administration, performance management, and full lifecycle employment including recruiting and onboarding.
Requires a Bachelor's in HRM or related field with at least two years of HR experience; familiarity with FMLA/ADA/COBRA/EEO-AA/FLSA and workers' compensation. Strong MS Office, HRIS, and payroll skills are expected.
