Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Appleton, WI (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $20-$24/hr
Schedule: 2-3 Days/wk on-site
Term: 6+ Month Contract
- Process incoming IT equipment orders, including:
- Unboxing, scanning, and asset tagging devices
- Image laptops and install required software
- Handle laptop returns, including diagnostics and processing
- Provide occasional end-user support, such as assisting with laptop setup
- Monitor and respond to team mailboxes
- Coordinate repair shipments with external vendors
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including tracking and disposals
- Deliver equipment to onsite helpdesk or lobby pickup areas
- Collect returned equipment from designated areas
- Set up new equipment within the office environment
- Experience with hardware support, device setup, or IT asset management
- Familiarity with laptop imaging and software installation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and track inventory accurately
- Comfortable interacting with end users when needed
- Entry- to mid-level IT support experience preferred
