Overview

At The Autism Helper, we create practical, research-based resources and training that support special educators, clinicians, and school teams in building effective learning environments for students with autism and diverse learning needs.

As our school partnerships continue to grow, we are expanding our School Accounts team and hiring a fully remote Operations & Systems Coordinator
. This role works closely with our internal team and directly supports school districts and educators using our platforms and resources.

About the Operations & Systems Coordinator Role

This role is a systems-focused operations position supporting our Curriculum Access platform and Membership/Course systems. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant processes across contracts, invoicing, CRM management, and customer service.

You will also support customer accounts by resolving login and billing issues, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

This role collaborates closely with the Curriculum Access and School Accounts teams to ensure processes run efficiently and customers receive timely, high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and send customer contracts, including renewals and updates
  • Maintain and update digital content within a custom Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate with the development team and manage ticket submissions
  • Generate quotes, invoices, and process purchase orders (POs)
  • Provide customer support via email, resolving login, billing, and access issues
  • Complete and submit vendor documentation and compliance paperwork
  • Manage membership and course cancellations within LMS platforms
What We're Looking For

Strong written communication skills, process-oriented thinking, and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience (not required)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or membership platforms
  • Background in invoicing, contracts, or operations support
  • Experience in EdTech, education, or SaaS environments

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
